I am now running the UltraMon Taskbar, on monitor two, vertically along the left side. This means that I only see the icons in the buttons, not the Window name. The Taskbar has popup text which should be usefult for determing a window name, but the popup is hidden by any window. It doesn't matter if the window is active or not. It would be great if the popup was always at the fore.

I just realized something: I did not have the Taskbar set to be "Always on Top". My issue now makes sense, but I still think it would be nice if the popup was at the fore in both modes. Why popup info if it's going to be partly hidden?

I'll look into it, not sure if it can be fixed though. The Windows taskbar has the same behavior.
