I'm using Vista Ultimate (32bit) with the Aero theme.

For whatever reason, the items in the extended taskbar are not displayed properly. If I disable the Aero theme then they are displayed fine.

Any suggestions?

This was fixed in the 3.0 beta, you can get the latest release here.
