I'm not sure how to fix this (and it only started recently, so I'm not even sure what changed). Right now, I have 3 ultramon taskbars, but one of them is my primary monitor (I only used to have 2 taskbars, on my secondary monitors, and just the normal windows taskbar on the primary). Any ideas?

This might happen due to a display configuration change, to fix this right-click the unneeded taskbar and select Close from the menu. This is for version 2 only, version 3 handles this automatically.
