I am sorry but my english it isn't very good I have 3 écrans in the same PC but I would like 2 monitor together and the 3 single, like that one application on two monitor and one application on the 3 eme monitor. is it possible and how make the probleme

You could extend the application manually across two of the monitors.
If that's not an option, and you have two of the monitors connected to one video card, and the 3rd to another, you could enable span mode for the video card driving the first two monitors. This way the operating system and applications only see a single wide monitor instead of two.
Span mode can be enabled via the software for your video card (if supported).
