I am not sure this is an UltraMon issue, but let me ask nevertheless.
Is it possible to get a particular app to open in one of my three monitors?

UltraMon supports configuring custom position settings for an application shortcut, to set this up, right-click the shortcut, select Properties, then configure the settings on the UltraMon - Window tab. Please note that this may not work with all applications.

Many apps will open on whichever monitor they were last closed on, and this does not require UlraMon. Have you tried that? Are you saying you have an app that does not behave that way?
