Rebooted with a bunch of open explorer windows. I have windows set to restore previous explorer windows. Explorer put them on the wrong monitors. I dragged a few around, noticed a duplicate taskbar button for a folder I just dragged, clicked it, got this:

Should be fixed in the next release, unfortunately there's no workaround for this. Usually you'll get this if the system or application has become unresponsive temporarily.
