So I've used UltraMon at my last job and I believe it is a must have when dealing with two monitors.
For my home, I just picked up a 24" wide-screen and, frankly, it is so wide, that I don't need a second monitor -- but I would like to have Smart Taskbar like functionality on my single monitor by dividing it into two virtual monitors.
Can UltraMon handle this and if not, have you thought about adding it?

UltraMon can't do this, I'm also not aware of a way to trick the operating system into seeing two instead of only a single monitor, something like this would probably need to be handled by the video card driver.
