I have a computer running 2 RADEON 7500 cards, to display 4 monitors. With the drivers installed, only the monitors on the first card are detected. When I install Ultramon, it detects all 4 monitors, and I can set them up properly.
When I turn off the computer for a while, and turn it back on, it forgets about the 2 monitors on the second graphics card. It doesn't see those 2 monitors even though the second card doesnt give any errors in the device manager. Do you know what is happening?
I am running windows xp home sp3

Sounds like a video card driver issue, I would recommend getting the latest drivers.
I'm not sure why you would only see the additional monitors in UltraMon, in general UltraMon should show the same thing as Control Panel > Display > Settings.
