Running Vista SP1 Business
I notice that Ultramon.exe is digitally signed; however, UltraMon Taskbar.exe is not. Any plans to digitally sign UltraMon Taskbar.exe?

At the moment no, as it's not really needed. The setup file is digitally signed, so file integrity gets verified during installation.
UltraMon.exe requires special permissions and needs to be digitally signed for this reason.
