Hello, Really not sure if the multi-monitor set-up or UltaMon was the cause, but since I have done this when trying to start the ATI TV I get a error that says taht the TV failed to initialize and to check for current, working drivers.. I have checkd in device manager and updated each of the drivers there.. I also downloaded the latest versions of everything from ATI and installed them with no luck.
The three monitor set-up wprks GREAT and UltraMon is a joy.. this is the ONLY issue I am having and I have been using this (with the TV not working) for 6 months now.
My set-up is Win XP Pro (SP3), ATI All-in-Wonder 2600 card (dual head) and a Matrox Millinium II card...
Hoping somone here has simular experiance or advice.
Thanks, Steve

Might be due to UltraMon's mirroring feature, please try if removing the mirroring feature fixes the problem.
To do this, go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, select UltraMon from the list, click on Change, then deselect the mirroring feature on the Customize Installation screen.
