I just recently noticed that my desktop shortcuts dont have the option under Properties for application positioning.
I'm running v 2.4.21.0
I'm pretty sure they were there before.

I tried "Add/Remove" fix install but that didnt work.
Uninstalled then reinstalled. All is well.
