I have several landscape pictures I'd like to span monitors. One is a laptop the other is an external monitor. The resolutions are different as is the dot pitch of the screens. I can line up either the top or bottom of the picture, but the other end does not line up. Is there a way to compensate for the dot pitch difference?

UltraMon doesn't support this. What you could do is split the picture in two, adjust the second picture manually, then assign the first part to the first monitor, and the second part to the second monitor.
