Hello,
I am currently evaluating the ultramon.
There is an issue with showing of tooltips for buttons on the secondary taskbar. They are shown on the wrong monitor.

I can't reproduce this issue, works fine for me with UltraMon 3.0.2, I tested on both 32- and 64-bit Vista.
What's your display configuration? You can copy the system information from UltraMon menu > About.
