Ultramon is on the list of programs, but when I try to start it up (to change wallpaper) I get nothing. It is running in the background OK tho....

To configure the wallpaper, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray (the area of the taskbar with the clock), and select Wallpaper from the menu.
