I had an ultramon trial running on my machine and I noticed that often any windows that would pop up would appear behind the application that created them. Most applications when they have one of those windows up do not allow interaction with the original window so there was nothing I could do. Workarounds were using the send to other monitor button to put the main window over to the other monitor so the popup could be seen or sometimes alt-tabbing in and out of the application would work. Is there a planned fix for this or has anybody else encountered it?
Specs:
Overclocked Intel Q6600 with 4GB 1066Mhz RAM
OS: Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit
Video Card: 2x ATI HD3870 w/ ATI driver 8.512

I forgot to mention I am running the 3.0 Beta 2.1 version of Ultramon. I will be purchasing it as well if this can be resolved.

I've also seen this with a couple applications, for example Toad for Oracle, will look into this for one of the next releases.
Disabling the window buttons for the affected application will fix the problem.
