Dell's policy states that software installed on employee machines must be purchased through official channels. Since none of the official channels have licensed UltraMon for use at Dell, they have forced all employees to remove the software regardless of the validity of individual licensing. They are recommending to Dell employees that they download the free version of Media Chance's MultiMon.
