Well I finally upgraded to XP and now my secondary vid card won't work "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" according to the device manager. I have tried to uninstall/re-install it and still nothing. The seconary vid card is an ATI Xpert 98.
specs:
P3 800E @ 935 Alpha P3125
Abit BX6 Rev. 2
384MB pc133
Asus V7100 GF2 MX 32MB
Samsung 19'
ATI Xpert 98 8MB PCI
TTX 17'
ATI TV Wonder VE
20GB WD / 4.3 Quantem
anyone know how to fix this?

I have encountered the same problem before.
In BIOS, change the boot VGA to your PCI card and will fix this.
