Hi i am trying to run a game on my second monitor only i have gone into the properties of the shortcut and set it to run on second monitor but this does not work, the only way i can do this is to make the second monitor the primary one then it will run fine on the second monitor then change them back when i have finished the game.
Surely this is not the easiest way of doing this?
Thanks.

As far as I know yours is the only way to do it. Fullscreen apps can only be run on the primary display. There might be the possibility to set the game to windowed mode and move it to the second screen, but most likely the window will be black once it has been moved and you won't see a thing.

Well if you set some profiles and make shortcuts of them, switching primarys is easy, but in XP the icons don't move like they do in Vista.

If you are using XP, the icons issue can be resolved by placing them all in your quick launch, but if you use your desktop for other files, you'd need to move them somewhere else, or they never move correctly.
