The smart taskbar always has two rows. I have to change it's position to some where else and change it back to bottom to bring it back to normal one row taskbar. I found this problem on version 3.0.2 and 3.0.3.

Does it have two rows again if you restart the system or UltraMon?

It is back to normal one row now after reboot. Problem resolved at lease temporarily.
