Hi
I have had this problem for a while... But when I maximize a program on the secondary screen, part of the programs becomes hidden behind the smart taskbar. If I move the Smart Task Bar to the right programs behave as they should. When I put it back at bottom or the top.. a portion of any program is hidden. I have rebooted a number of times... no help... This was happening intermittently on 3.0.2 but happens 100% of the time with 3.0.3... I am running XP SP3 and have the latest NVidia drives on my dell D620

Do you still have the problem if you restart UltraMon? You can close it via right-click on the icon in the system tray, then restart via the shortcut in Start Menu > Programs.

After I kill and restart Ultramon, I still have the same problem...
