Forums -> UltraMon™ -> 3.03 Beta still crashing

Hello, I was getting several crashes a day with the previous beta and still receiving them with the new 3.03 beta. It seems to happen mostly when I'm doing something in IE7 and maybe even with Microsoft SharePoint sites but not 100% sure. It seems to happen also when ending a remote desktop session as well. I'll try to keep documentation on when it occurs. The error log is listed below:

Faulting application UltraMon.exe, version 3.0.3.0, time stamp 0x48e02381, faulting module UltraMon.exe, version 3.0.3.0, time stamp 0x48e02381, exception code 0xc0000417, fault offset 0x0003923e, process id 0x18c0, application start time 0x01c92498905262f3.

Please save a crash dump for further troubleshooting when this happens the next time.

To do this, don't close the error message, then open Task Manager, select the Processes tab, right-click on UltraMon.exe and select Create Dump File from the menu.

Once you have the crash dump, please contact me by e-mail at support@realtimesoft.com and I'll send you a link to upload the file to our server.

Please note that this only works on Vista, let me know if you're using XP or 2000.
