Hi Christian,
with Ultramon 3.03 for Vista x64 it doesn't work to say that you want to start Application xyz on monitor n in the Link Setup. You can setup this but 3.03 is ignoring this setting. With 3.02 this worked fine.

This works fine for me, I tested with a shortcut to Notepad on 64-bit Vista.
Please check if you have the same problem with Notepad, maybe it's an issue with the specific application you're using.
