I have an Intel G45 based motherboard with 3 video outputs. VGA, DVI, HDMI.
Right now I run an extended desktop over two monitors. The primary display is a 22 inch LCD monitor(1680x1050) and the secondary display is a 52 inch Samsung LCD TV (1920x1080).
Is it possible to get ultramon to automatically open VLC or Zoomplayer on the secondary display in fullscreen mode?
The problem for me right now is that the 22 inch monitor is in my kitchen and the 52 inch tv is in my living room. So every time I open a movie I have to drag it over to the secondary display, then bring my mouse down to the living room and fullscreen the picture. it's a real pain in the arse.

Using VLC you can execute VLC with the commandline VLC --fullscreen filename
Try VLC --help for more info ;)

UltraMon can't do this, but as Waxhead mentioned you may be able to do this via the media player if it supports command line switches.
