I use 3.0.3 with WinXP 32. If I change the UltraMon - Windows settings of a shortcut on my taskbar (for example a shortcut to a specific folder to open it always on Monitor 2) , the shortcut will not work anymore and the folder icon is changing to an ultramon icon. I did not notice this bug in previous versions (2.x).

It doesn't work exactly with shortcuts of folders.

Shortcuts to folders can't be customized via UltraMon, you would have the same issue with earlier versions, for example 2.7.1.
I'll look into this for a later release, but don't know yet if the issue can be fixed.

I solved my problem with a windows explorer shortcut and custom start path.
