i would like to play movie's on my second monitor, wich is a Tv, but if i put them in fullscreen i cant work on my other monitor, because if i do, the movie pops out of fullscreenmode, how can i solve that??

Try Zoom Player, it allows you to play fullscreen video on any monitor, and the player stays in fullscreen if you work with a different application.
