When I have iTunes maximized and selected I can't right click the icon in the taskbar.
It will show me the menu for a second but then it will close the menu.

Seems to be an iTunes issue, I also get this without UltraMon running (tested on 32-bit Vista SP1 with iTunes 8.0.1).
