Hi,
I'm using the UM Mirroring application to mirror two screens, I am try to setup autonomous tasks to mirror applications across two screens
The problem is that some of my applications need the display resolution 1280-1024 and some need 1024-768. I have manually setup UM Mirroring settings to 1280-1024 but I cant find a way to automatically change the um Mirroring setting to 1024-768. I looked through the registry, program directory for .ini files, command lines but couldn't find anything
In some posts on this forum you talk about using a previous exe, mirrormon.exe as this supports command line display resolution changes. I’ve used this and yes I can switch between display resolutions on the fly but the quality of the mirror / speed (its using all my CPU) inability to use the mouse fully had made this old exe unusable.
Do you know anyway I can automate display resolution changes to ultramon mirroring? Where are the ultramon Mirroring settings stored?
Many thanks for your help.

The settings are stored in binary form in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\Mirroring, Mirror Monitors value.
I would recommend installing version 3.0.3, this has a new version of mirroring. By default the resolution of the mirror target monitor doesn't get changed, but you can optionally configure it to match the resolution of the source monitor.
