I'm trying to figure out how I can open several programs right after logging into windows vista (4 IE windows each set to different URL's, Windows Live messenger, Smart FTP, WMP, Photoshop) and have them open in different locations on 4 monitors.
Is there any possible way of doing this?

You could do this with UltraMon, create new shortcuts via UltraMon menu > Shortcuts, then configure the shortcuts to get launched at login.
