I purchased a new monitor to replace one that had gone out. (It was my secondary monitor). Now, I cannot get certain functions to work. Switching applications from one monitor to the other works only intermittently.
The smart taskbar has disappeared completely.
Also, when I click on the program itself from the start menu it tells me the feature is unavailable.
Do I need to reinstall the program?

Reinstalling UltraMon should be worth a try, sounds like there is some issue with the installation.
