I'm wondering if anyone has had a simliar problem. I run a number of Java based apps on my desktop. I've noticed that when I fire these up, the application window draw and refresh of the apps are PAINFULLY slow, though my other applications (e.g. Mozilla, Outlook, etc) redraw just fine.
If I close UltraMon, the Java apps return to a normal refresh/redraw speed.
I've got a 3-monitor setup, 2 mons are set at the same res, and the 3rd is a little larger resolution.
This happens with ANY jre version (1.4, 1.5, 1.6) and any java/swing app.
Anyone have any ideas?

Ha. Actually, if I disable the extra window buttons and menus, the issue goes away.
I didn't even think about that until after my post.
