I was having issues with Citrix GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar. These are tools where you can host Webinar's and show your screen or specific application Windows to attendees who log in via Internet.
Unfortunately, UltraMon is interfering with the possibility to share single Application Windows, only full desktop could be shared. Single Application Windows show as black on attendees screens.
Closing UltraMon during Webmeeting fixes it immediately. Interestingly that only occured with the newest GotoMeeting Version, older Versions had the same issue sometimes, but could be fixed by resizing the Window.

One thing you could try is to disable UltraMon features like the window buttons etc for the application, you can do this via UltraMon Options > Compatibility.
