Christian,
I'm running Rhino 3D, www.rhino3d.com with 3 monitors. They have flyout toolbars that have popup boxes that appear when the mouse hovers over the toolbar buttons. With Ultramon enabled the popup boxes are blank. When I disable Ultramon the boxes have the toolbar button description in them.
Thanks, Don

OK, it has something to do with adding buttons. If I turn off both buttons the problem goes away. Checking the "don't add custom buttons to dialogs and message boxes" does not fix the problem.

FYI: You can download a 30 demo of the software at: www.rhino3d.com

I'm a support tech for Rhinoceros. I've just added a Wiki support page detailing this work-around: http://en.wiki.mcneel.com/default.aspx/McNeel/UltraMonProblem.html

I've been able to reproduce the issue, will look into this for the next release.
Regarding the workaround: you can also only disable the window buttons for Rhino, to do this go to UltraMon Options > Compatibility and configure custom settings for the application.
