Hello;
Everytime I attempt to take a screen shot of a drop down menue in any program, the drop down menu disappears. Any sugguestions?

Use SnagIt or one of the many other screenshot programs (some are even free, like the free version of Gadwin PrintScreen). They also give you a lot more capabilities than you get with a regular Windows Print Screen or Alt + Print Screen.
