I'm running 4 monitors but one won't switch off when I use the profiles to turn off 3 monitors. This only happens when using the Profiles.
in the options its not ticked for enabled. But the monitor light is still on and the screen is on thought black.

I'm not sure what would cause this, but sounds more like a display driver issue if Display Properties also reports the monitor as being disabled.
Does it work fine if you disable only that monitor via UltraMon menu > Display Settings?

It works properly when I disable the monitors from Ultramon settings, But doesn't when using a UltraMon profile?

Maybe it's due to the profile applying settings for all monitors instead of only one, this did cause problems for some video card drivers in the past. Make sure you have the latest drivers for the video cards installed.
Also check if the monitor numbers in the profile are correct, if the monitor numbers were changed at some point, the profile may apply the settings to the wrong monitor.
