Hi,
I'm using ultramon 3.03 beta on Vista Ultimate 32 bit and 2 monitors.
Every time that Vista downloads and installs updates automatically, my dual-monitor/ultramon settings get messed up and I have to set up everything again.
It also mistakes the 1st monitor for the 2nd and vice versa so I have to physically change the cable location on the video card (ATI HD 4850).
The latest ATI drivers are installed.
This happened several times, every time after windows update automatically installed updates and restarted the computer.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what would cause this, also haven't seen this myself so far.
It's very unlikely that this is related to UltraMon though, to verify this check if you still have the problem without UltraMon running or installed.

For whatever it's worth, I see similar on my girlfriend's computer, but not on mine.
We're both Ultramon users, but can reproduce the problem on her system but not mine whether or not we use Ultramon.
