Whenever I set a wallpaper, whether it be a single image across both desktops, or one image per desktop, I notice that my transparent taskbar is displaying the wallpaper of the opposite screen.
Here is an example:

The only way around this that I've found, is to set my primary as the left, and secondary as the right.
I noticed this issue when using 3.0.2, when it was still there in 3.0.3, I decided to post this.

Seems to be a Vista issue, happens if you have a monitor to the left of the primary. I'm not aware of a fix/workaround for this.

I think I found fairly simple workaround for this issue: UltraMon could just swap areas on image where taskbar should be. Example
To test it, I changed it manually in .jpg files, and it worked perfectly.
