Is is possible to add a Ultramon shortcut to the Windows startup so that a program will open on a certain monitor at a user defined position? I have a shortcut on my desktop setup using Ultramon-Window. Anyway to add this shortcut so it starts with Windows?

That's possible, to set this up copy or move the shortcut to Start Menu > Programs > Startup, Windows will then launch the shortcut when you log in.
