I have a couple of issues that have cropped up.
every so often I will get an extra task bar on the default monitor above the windows task bar, and this gets used instead of the windows one.
Also my default monitor suddenly will go screwy and i will have to move the mouse off the opposite side of the screen to where the monitor is. So in other words it has swapped ove rthe monitor positions, so I have to go off the left of the screen to get to the right monitor. Disabling and re-enabling ultramon doesn't fix this, even rebooting doesn;t always fix it.

This could happen if the monitor numbers get changed, to remove the extra taskbar right-click it and select Close from the menu.
The second issue is related to the monitor positions getting changed, could be related to the other issue. You can change monitor positions via UltraMon menu > Display Settings, you could also set up a display profile via UltraMon menu > Display Profiles to quickly restore the original settings (please note that this may not work correctly if the issue is really due to the monitor numbers getting changed).
