I have a Dell Latitude D630 in a docking station. I have 2 monitors connected, one via analogue, and 1 via DVI connections. Running Vista SP1. I have appliactions on each monitor, but not spanning both, they are contained within a single monitor on each side. Every time I lock my PC, then unlock it again, it moves all apps to the primary display, and disables the secondary. I then need to re-enable from the system tray, and move th apps back.
Any ideas on what's going on here?

Might be a display driver issue, it's unlikely that this would be related to UltraMon. To verify this, check if you still have the problem without UltraMon running or installed.

TaDa!
It is actually caused by TMM in Task Scheduler in Vista. It is scheduled to run everytime a user log on. When it runs, it sets the monitors back to default (god knows why).
Disabled it, problem solved!
Ultramon cleared of fault!
