From time to time when I start up my computer, my primary monitor will not display anything. I have to physically disconect the video cable, start the computer so it will recognize what is my secondary monitor as the primary monitor. Then if I reconnect the primary monitor and go into display properties and apply any changes, my "primary" monitor will then start working again. I never have a problem once I get both monitors up and running. It is only at start up that the monitor does not work.
