I was wondering if there was a way to make shortcuts on my second monitor open on the second monitor?

Instead of opening on my main every time which is what it does now.

You can do this on a per-shortcut basis, to set this up, right-click the shortcut, select Properties from the menu, then select the UltraMon - Window tab and configure the settings as desired.

Please note that this may not work with all applications.
