I have the Asus GeForce 3 Deluxe, I use TV-in, and I'd like to have it display on my 2nd monitor, using a 8mb PCI card (non-nvidia/asus). By dragging it, it's not possible since the display is totally hardware (0% cpu usage, the "video" doesn't even quit my geforce 3). I don't mind "wasting" cpu time to display it on the 2nd monitor. Suggestions ?

You could try disabling DirectDraw acceleration (using dxdiag.exe), not sure if it will work though.
