Hi,
I have vista business and install the 3.0.3beta
What i noticed is that the taskbar on the primary screen doesn't have entries. When I minimize an application on the primary monitor is disappears. It doesn't close, by switching between windows (alt tab) I can switch to the application.
Taskbar on secondary monitor works fine.

Does closing UltraMon fix the problem?

Hi,
Yes when I closed ultramon the taskbar reapeerd on the main monitor.
At this moment it works fine, maybe I did something wrong yesterday. I also changed some settings in ultramon and maybe this helped, don't know.

Hi,
Unfortunately the problem returned after a vista upgrade two days ago (automatic update)
For the moment I have set the Smart Taskbar to the mirror option. Both taskbar have now the same programs. When I switch to Standard, the task bar on the primary monitor doesn't work anymore.
To be honest I like the mirror option more than the standard, so no issue for me.

Hi,
I think I have found the problem, it seems to be related to the Google sidebar. When I disable this sidebar, the smart taskbar in standard mode works fine, when Google sidebar is enabled, most of the times this feature doesn't work, sometimes it does work however.

After reinstalling the Google sidebar everything works fine.
Initial maybe some conflicts between the programs.
Anyway, it works now,
