Hello,
It seems as though Catalyst and Ultramon have conflicting info in them often. I am having problems with screens swapping on me at restart and want to eliminate variables. Is Catalyst needed?

It's worth a try, but you'll probably need the Catalyst Control Center to configure some settings. I'm not aware of any conflicts with UltraMon.
