Hi - does anyone know if Realtime Software is still in operation? I purchased Ultramon about two weeks ago, but never received my license code and all of my requests/queries to the Realtime support email addresses have gone unanswered. I like Ultramon as a product, but the completely non-existant service is a real turn-off. (And I'm quite angry about it, frankly.)

Does anyone know anything about what's going on?

I got your mails, but replies to your trip.net e-mail address didn't get through due to a problem with your mail server.

Here's an excerpt from our mail server's log:

Thank you for the reply. I wondered if something like that might have happened. I receive email at my address just fine, but sometimes certain senders experience problems and messages are bounced. Can you try reaching me from another mail server? I will also write to you from another email address and we can see if that works.
