On my Vista computer when using v3.0.3 my monitors randomly flash on and off for about 10 seconds and then my second monitor ends up with some default settings and the change I have made to the refresh rate is lost. I don't think this happened with 3.0.2. Anyone else seeing this?

Does this happen during system startup?
So far I haven't seen this myself on 64-bit Vista.

I am having a similar problem. Whenever I lock my PC (Vista 32bit Enterprise), it comes back up, flashes, and my secondary monitor is reset to a default resolution.
Very frustrating, as I work in an office and lock my pc about three hundred times a day.
I was running 2.6 and did not have this problem. Should I revert?

2.6 is not supported on Vista and will cause problems, you would need at least version 2.7.1, but the 3.0 betas have much better support for Vista.
Disabling TMM might be worth a try, see this thread for details.

Vista 32bit. Laptop is left monitor, second monitor (set as main) is on my right.
I am having this problem too, frequently in various forms.
The following occurs when I un-lock my machine; the machine always blinks 2 or three times (quite annoying because im trying to start typing or clicking) and during this blinking, applications will move about and appears resolutions change but restore. Randomly, applications which are active on either monitor will move to another monitor. About once every couple of days, my main monitor setting changes from my right monitor back to my left monitor and my screen resolutions are set back to something like 800x600 on that left monitor and sometimes both.
When the screen resolutions change, I have to fight to get my screen res back to normal and to re-select my other monitor as the main monitor. Usually this means closing all applications before my settings will "stick".

I have disabled TMM (also END it because it would be running). So far with early testing, the "Epileptic Seizures" have stopped. Will post an update in a few days.
