Not sure if you can debug Event Viewer logs easily enough But figured whilst I was in the mood I'd post some of mine:
Source: Application Error Event ID: 1000 Level: 2 Task Category: 100 Faulting Application: UltraMon.exe Version: 3.0.3.0 Faulting Module: UltraMon.exe Version: 3.0.3.0 Exception Code: 0xc0000417 Fault Offset: 0x0003927e
Another one, as above except: Exception Code: 0xc0000005 Fault Offset: 0x000080b9
In the last three weeks I have 26 occurrences of the first error 4 occurrences of the second error
Hope you can use this information If not, I'll try to make an error report of the UltraMon generated message box next time I see it

Please save a crash dump when this happens the next time. To do this, don't close the error message, then open Task Manager, select the Processes tab, right-click UltraMon.exe and select Create Dump File from the menu.
Send me a mail to support@realtimesoft.com once you have the crash dump, I will then send you a link to upload it to our server.
