I often play WC3 and I prefer Window Mode, I like the "Lock mouse to active windows".
That makes it possible to move the camera left/right and down with the mouse. But it lock the mouse "too high" up in the titlebar and I can't scroll up.
Is it possible to lock the mouse 10-15 pixels lower?

Currently that's not supported, I'll consider support for this for a future release.
If you run the game on the primary monitor, you could try the 'Lock mouse to primary monitor' hotkey, this allows setting a margin.
