Sometimes, perhaps in certain situations I haven't figured out, the border or shadow of the Windows Start Menu freezes in the visual screen and keeps on top of anything.
I'm not 100% sure if this originates from UltraMon but it seems very likely.
When I close or restart UltraMon the freezed stuff disappears.
My system setup is:
- Windows XP SP3 (32bit)
- UltraMon v3.0.2 (3.0 Beta 2.1)
- Graphics board: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
- 2 TFT monitors with the same max. resolution of 1280x1024 and at 60 Hz

I haven't seen this myself so far, but maybe it's related to a similar issue other users have reported with 3.0.3. I would recommend testing again with the 3.0.4 release when available, you could also try if disabling the UltraMon window buttons fixes the problem (under UltraMon Options > Buttons and Menu Commands).
