I have an additional monitor hooked up to my laptop and UltraMon installed. I have set Ctrl+Shift+F1 as the hotkey for the display profile with single monitor and Ctrl+Shift+F2 for the display profile with two monitors. With two monitors, anytime I touch (Ctrl+Shift+any of the arrow keys) turns the second monitor off, even though it is not a defined hotkey. And I use that combination a lot when writing in Word or other text edit software. Any suggestions to remove/stop this undesired response?

Some laptops have a hotkey for switching between single- and multi-monitor mode, maybe that's what happens.
It's unlikely that this would be related to UltraMon, to verify this check if pressing the hotkey still works if UltraMon isn't running.

Thanks. I figured it out. It was mixing up with the hotkeys of the iRotate. It no longer happens (after deactivating iRotate hotkeys).
Is there a way to rotate secondary monitor easily with ultramon?

Unfortunately UltraMon can't change the display orientation.
